A Jerusalem-born photographer (1998), Qutteineh holds a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from Bezalel Academy (2021) and an M.A. in Visual Communication from the Royal College of Art in London (2024).
She specializes in analog photography as both an aesthetic and political practice, bridging materiality and memory, tradition and the contemporary. Her work blends analog visuals with a modern perspective, offering a contemplative lens on collective memory, culture, and the socio-political landscape.
