Embellished Stories includes a collection of oil and pencil artworks works inspired by the advertisements, articles and photographs published in “Filastin Newpaper” that used to be published in Jaffa in 1911. These artworks serve as reflection of the multifaceted economic, cultural, social, and industrial aspects of Palestinian life during that historical period . With her art ,the artist attempts to rekindle our collective memory of the beautiful Palestine of that era !
